Late Night Yoga:
Quite possibly, the only late night yoga class in all of Denver! For the night owls, the busy bees, and the ones who just can't get enough downward dog. This practice will take you through an intentional, nourishing flow as the city slows down around you. Float away feeling relaxed, empowered and ready for a night of heavenly sleep.
This is a KULA style Yoga Class:
KULA is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as “community,” “clan” or “tribe.” Kula may also be translated to mean “community of the heart.” This implies that the community of people have shared values, and a shared sense of valuing and connecting with each other. These people, in a sense, hold space for each other. This word is sometimes used to denote the sense of inclusion and belonging that can be cultivated through yogis coming together to practice yoga.
This kula, or community, of yogis is considered sacred because it is a group of people who come together freely, with intention and a shared sense of purpose. In this way, the traditional idea of yoga as a personal and individual practice can be expanded to include more social aspects and experiences of connection with others as well as the self.
This means that Kim Doyle will be guiding the class and participating as a member of the community, and while the class will be guided, personal practice, modifications, or simply resting and absorbing the cOMmunity vibes.... all is welcome!
This class is donation based with a sliding scale, suggested donation of $12 - $22. As always, please do not let finances keep you from attending, all donations are welcome, including volunteering at the front desk, or simply offering blessings and prayers ♥
